Terms of Use
Last updated: July 7, 2026
By using Athlete Atlas — the free 3D muscle tool or the paid training program — you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
The free tool
The interactive 3D muscle map is free to use. No card, no account. It's provided as-is, and we may change or improve it at any time.
What we sell
- The Athlete Atlas Program is a $49 one-time digital purchase covering the 12-week training plans. Week 1 of every plan is free to preview before you buy.
- The Fuel Framework is a separate one-time digital purchase — $19 when added alongside the program, $29 on its own. It is an educational nutrition guide, not a personalised meal plan and not dietetic advice.
- Both are licensed for personal use only. Don't redistribute, resell or republish the materials.
- Both carry the same 30-day money-back guarantee — email us within 30 days of purchase and we refund the full amount to your original payment method, no questions asked. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, and you may keep any files you already downloaded.
No guarantee of results
The program is an educational training resource. Results depend on your training history, consistency, nutrition, sleep and individual factors — we make no guarantee of specific athletic or physique outcomes. Training carries inherent risk; you take part at your own risk. See the Medical Disclaimer.
Content and ownership
The site, the 3D tool, the muscle map content and the program materials belong to Athlete Atlas. Using the site doesn't transfer any ownership to you beyond the personal-use license above.
Who may buy
You must be at least 18 to purchase the program, and at least 13 to use this site. If you are under 18, train only with the approval and supervision of a parent, guardian or coach.
Assumption of risk
Strength training carries an inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for judging whether an exercise suits you, for your form and load selection, and for stopping if something hurts. Consult a physician before starting any exercise program. By using the tool or the program you accept those risks.
What we do and don't warrant
The free tool and the paid program are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The muscle map is an educational model — not a clinical or diagnostic tool.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the program is limited to the amount you actually paid us. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including injury arising from how you choose to train. You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the site or the program.
How long access lasts
"Lifetime access" means the lifetime of the product: the files you buy are yours to keep permanently, and you can re-download them for as long as we host them. If we ever stop hosting them, we'll give 30 days' notice so you can save your copies.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. We may update these terms; material changes will show in the date at the top of this page.
Demonstration videos
Where a lift links to a "watch demo" video, that video is hosted on YouTube by an independent creator and opens on YouTube. We do not host, sell or claim ownership of it, and we are not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by those creators or their channels. They are referenced only to help you see the movement performed correctly. Links can change or be removed by their owners at any time; if you find a broken one, tell us and we will replace it.
